Kung Hei Fat Choi

When u heard the word tikoy it means its from chinese food. No chinese new year celebration will be complete without the tikoy, a sticky rice pudding prepared from glutinous rice. A symbol of family unity, its round shape also symbolizes unending prosperity. Tikoy has many varieties in delightful new flavors like strawberry, banana and buko pandan to give it a fresh modern twist. Yesterday when I was shopping at the mall, I saw lots of tikoys displayed at the grocery store because its chinese new year. Though its not a big thing among filipinos but I just love to buy tikoy for our snacks in the house. To all my friends Kung Hei Fat Choi...
